The tallest structure in Asia, at 1535 feet (468 meters), is also in Shanghai, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The tower has 2 distinctive spheres, called pearls, that contain restaurants, shopping areas, and a circular observation deck. The Shanghai Municipal History Museum is located on several floors at ground level.
