Asian Art Museum

Originally opened in 1966 in the De Young Museum in Golden Gate Park, the Asian Art Museum relocated to the former Main Library building at Civic Center in 2003. It is one of the largest museums in the USA devoted to Asian Art with over 17,000 objects in the collection.
